The production


A rich month with generous materials: the cuvée Les Renardières Red 2006, in vats since last October, was decanted. We are planning to bottle the wine by the last week of August. The Renardières White 2007 barrels were decanted and assembled in vats. This wine has not gone through malo-lactic fermentation, necessary to get the best of its freshness. As regards the cuvée Domaine, all the 2007 red wine vats were assembled. The first bottling will occur late in August/in early September. The three wines were bottled without any filtration. Last but not least, we achieved the first bottling of the White 2007 which will be marketed from August.

Late June

The malo-lactic fermentation epic is drawing to a close. The 2007 reds are taking on their near permanent features.

The 2007 reds started their malo-lactic fermentation. It took time, notably because of the spring freshness.
