White wine warehouse
The white (and rosé) wine fermenting room, a traditional working area, has rows of inox vats. The grape harvest is carried by conveyor belt to a pneumatic press. The vats are thermoregulated, thus ensuring longer alcoholic fermentation and enabling us to extract the maximum of the flavour and typicity of the appellation’s sauvignons. The wines are matured on fine lees until they are bottled.
