The youngest pinots noirs of the estate, planted in the late 1990s on the Morogues slopes (Barberies vineyard), worked to preserve the crisp and juicy character of the fruit to the maximum.
The grapes are harvested, destemmed and macerated for 15 days in an enamel tank. Aged six months in an enamel tank.
